Role overview
This is a full-time remote leadership position for a Regional Vice President. The role is responsible for setting and executing regional strategy, leading operations, and driving revenue expansion, market development, and partner growth across assigned territories.
What you will do
- Define and steer regional strategy and operational plans for the assigned markets.
- Take ownership of revenue growth, territory expansion, and partner development.
- Lead regional sales teams and establish clear targets, metrics, and execution standards.
- Coach, support, and develop team members to maintain strong performance.
- Work closely with product, marketing, risk, and operations teams to adapt offerings to regional requirements.
- Monitor regional results, interpret performance data, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage important stakeholder relationships and address escalated concerns effectively.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, regional forums, and industry discussions.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships that support business expansion.
What we are looking for
- Extensive background in senior regional leadership roles such as Regional Vice President, General Manager, or a similar position within payments, fintech, financial services, or tech-led businesses.
- Proven ability to deliver revenue growth, expand markets, and manage P&L responsibilities across multiple geographies or business lines.
- Strong track record of leading, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams, including distributed or remote teams.
- Solid capability in strategic planning, business development, and managing stakeholder relationships over the long term.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in forecasting, performance tracking, and data-backed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fully remote setup with strong accountability, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital payments, regulatory considerations, and local market conditions in the region is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to support customers, partners, and internal priorities.
