Regional Pricing Manager

This position is for a Regional Pricing Manager based in Europe and reporting to the Sales Operations Sr. Director. The role focuses on creating regional pricing services and end-to-end customer solutions that help Flex stand out in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer RFQs, interpret their requirements, and build detailed pricing models along with complete customer pricing templates.
• Evaluate RFQ data, understand Flex operations, and convert operational inputs into financial information for the GSS quote model.
• Work through the RFQ and SOW process by asking targeted questions, clarifying quote requirements, and shaping pricing strategies that improve win chances while managing financial and operational exposure.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Business Development teams on solution design, price positioning, and quote-risk evaluation.
• Collaborate with the wider quote team to make sure every quote element is covered and all potential Flex risks are identified.
• Present pricing solutions to customers, participate in negotiations, and make fast, accurate revisions to meet urgent deadlines.
• Carry out competitive pricing reviews and compare pricing activities across Flex sites and against competitors.
• Develop well-reasoned cost assumptions that reduce unnecessary risk while still enabling competitive offers.
• Understand a range of service business models, including reverse and forward logistics, service parts logistics, repair and refurbishment, asset recovery, product transformation, 4PL services, transportation management, and remarketing.

Requirements

• A university degree, or equivalent, in Finance or Business.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work quickly and deliver quotes within tight deadlines and customer due dates.
• Experience handling complex calculations and working under deadline pressure.
• Fast learning ability, with confidence in understanding complex business models and responding promptly to inquiries.
