Role Purpose

This position exists to strengthen relationships with utilities and support growth in municipal water, wastewater, and biosolids operations and maintenance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with utility executives and community stakeholders in priority growth markets.
  • Present Veolia’s strengths, private-public partnership model, and contract operations approach to local communities.
  • Match Veolia’s capabilities to the challenges faced by key utilities and demonstrate clear value.
  • Organize, coordinate, and lead proposal development and RFP response work.
  • Oversee reporting on commercial activity for major contracts.
  • Partner closely with the regional vice president, site leadership, and technical and performance teams.
  • Drive the internal corporate review and compliance approval workflow for new opportunities.

Qualifications and Background

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience working with utilities and private-public partnership contracts is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to the water utility sector is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual pay range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000.
