Regional Brand Representative

Role Overview

OnsaFX is seeking a seasoned, well-networked professional to lead and expand its brand presence in Ghana. The ideal candidate will understand the Forex environment, be able to represent a regulated brokerage at a high standard, and develop a strong regional ecosystem of introducing brokers and trading communities.

OnsaFX is a regulated brokerage licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under license number 53192. Founded in 2023, the company has grown quickly in the African market and is now moving into broader global expansion. Its focus is on clear trading conditions, strong execution, competitive offering structures, and sustainable, risk-managed growth.

Location and Travel

This position is open to candidates who are based in Ghana and are comfortable with regional travel. Travel will be required for expos, conferences, partner meetings, community sessions, and other industry engagements across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as OnsaFX’s representative across Ghana at expos, conferences, seminars, and other important industry gatherings.
• Develop and oversee a healthy pipeline of introducing brokers and strategic business partners.
• Increase the company’s regional visibility by introducing the brand, communicating its values, and presenting its services effectively.
• Plan and run online and in-person community sessions, meetups, and educational events that support awareness and partner development.
• Present market intelligence, platform or product demonstrations, and business proposals to prospective partners and communities.
• Collaborate with the internal team on regional growth plans while sharing feedback on the market, opportunities, and competitors.
• Maintain a polished, trustworthy presence as a regional brand lead for OnsaFX.

Requirements

• Applicants must be based in Ghana and willing to travel within the region as needed.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Forex or CFD-related roles such as brokerage, IB networks, sales, business development, education, or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of brokerage business models, IB structures, and partner growth approaches.
• Confident public speaking and the ability to present the brand professionally and clearly.
• Demonstrated success in relationship building and partnership closing, especially in trading communities.
• Strong self-organization, independence, and time management skills.
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and comfort working in a regulated environment.
• English is required; additional West African languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 or similar trading platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• An existing network of introducing brokers, educators, or trading communities across one or more West African markets is beneficial.
• Prior experience participating in or exhibiting at major Forex expos and trading conferences is an added advantage.
• Experience producing educational or business-facing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, webinars, or community channels is helpful.
