Overview
Amlak Al Sayyad Real Estate L L C is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to support its Dubai-based real estate hiring efforts. The role is focused on attracting and selecting strong real estate agents who can contribute to sales performance and team growth.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting real estate talent in Dubai, with the ability to identify high-performing sales professionals and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and hire experienced real estate agents for the business.
- Handle the recruitment process end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Evaluate applicants based on capability, past performance, and alignment with company culture.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified real estate candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment objectives.
- Use sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networking to find suitable talent.
- Deliver a smooth, professional, and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor hiring outcomes and look for ways to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting real estate agents in Dubai.
- Demonstrated success in hiring strong sales-oriented professionals.
- Arabic and English fluency is required.
- Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to source, assess, and interview candidates effectively.
- Prior experience managing the complete recruitment cycle.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Clear understanding of sales motivation, performance factors, and workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar recruitment tools is required.
