Role Summary
The Recruitment Specialist position is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing the complete hiring cycle, from finding suitable candidates to conducting interviews and helping ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The person in this role will also work with leadership to identify staffing needs, shape hiring plans, and support training for newly hired employees.
Key Duties
- Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing through final hiring steps.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Conduct screening discussions and interviews to assess suitability for open roles.
- Coordinate with management to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and apply recruitment approaches that improve hiring outcomes.
- Support the training process for new employees.
- Maintain an organized and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required Profile
Applicants should have experience in recruitment, hiring, and interviewing. Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal ability, are important for this role. Candidates should be comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, and should be able to coordinate training activities when needed. The position also calls for good teamwork, strong organization, and effective time management. A background in healthcare is considered an added advantage, and medical industry experience is specifically valued. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
