About the Role

We are setting up a new end-to-end recruitment team in Chennai and are seeking an experienced recruiter with strong exposure to international hiring for professional-level positions across Europe, the United States, and the APAC region. This position provides the chance to operate in a truly global hiring environment, work with demanding stakeholders across time zones, and help shape high standards for a newly established talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment process for professional roles, from intake discussions through offer stage.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in Europe, the United States, and APAC, sharing market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations.
  • Lead direct sourcing efforts using channels such as professional networks, job boards, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Carry out well-structured interviews and candidate evaluations to maintain quality hiring decisions.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder situations, including urgent timelines, difficult role requirements, and varied regional expectations.
  • Deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience across all locations.
  • Support the creation, refinement, and standardization of recruiting processes within the new team.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, whether in-house, with an RPO, or in an agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for professional roles.
  • Exposure to international recruitment, preferably across Europe, the USA, and/or APAC.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior and high-expectation hiring managers.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, which are mandatory.
  • A structured, proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a global environment spanning multiple time zones.
