About the Role
Nuqtah Business Solutions is hiring a Recruitment & HR Assistant in Riyadh to support talent acquisition and HR operations for client engagements in Saudi Arabia. This position suits someone who is confident in finding candidates online, evaluating profiles, arranging interviews, and handling core HR coordination tasks.
The role is based in Riyadh and is listed as suitable for part-time or full-time engagement, with the overall employment type provided as full-time and onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Find potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking channels.
- Review applications, assess fit, and build a shortlist of suitable profiles.
- Set up and manage interview schedules between candidates, the Nuqtah team, and client stakeholders.
- Keep recruitment trackers updated and maintain an organized talent pipeline.
- Help prepare offer letters and support onboarding paperwork, contracts, payroll-related inputs, and leave records.
- Assist with Saudi Arabia-specific HR paperwork and compliance needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Hands-on ability to source candidates through LinkedIn.
- Background in hiring across Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Working knowledge of Saudi HR processes and employment documentation.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- Well-organized, quick to respond, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Prior exposure to recruitment agencies, consulting firms, staff augmentation, manpower services, or professional services is preferred.
