Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Executive to oversee the complete hiring lifecycle for a diverse range of clients across various sectors. The role involves candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and nurturing robust candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential candidates via job boards, social media channels, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and perform preliminary telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring managers.
  • Thoroughly understand and document client-specific hiring needs and detailed job requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database and generate regular recruitment progress reports.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to candidates regarding their application status and potential onboarding.
  • Meet established monthly hiring quotas and adhere strictly to closure timelines.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong professional connections with both candidates and clients.
  • Develop compelling job advertisements and disseminate them across various recruitment platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless process for candidate onboarding and initial joining coordination.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing strategies and effective screening techniques.
  • Foundational understanding of recruitment methodologies and familiarity with major job portals.
  • Aptitude for negotiation and strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Competence in using MS Office suite and general computer applications.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • An MBA or HR specialization is advantageous but not essential.

Experience

  • Applications are welcome from both recent graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Prior experience within the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred.
