About the role
V5 Global is hiring a proactive and target-oriented HR recruiter to manage recruitment from start to finish for non-IT positions. The role involves supporting both in-house hiring needs and client-facing mandates across a range of industries and functions.
Core responsibilities
- Run the full hiring cycle for non-technical roles spanning areas such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, and Administration.
- Identify suitable candidates, review applications, and build shortlists through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Arrange interviews, track the process, and help ensure recruitment runs smoothly.
- Keep candidate records and hiring trackers updated in ATS tools or Excel.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients so openings are filled on time.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in consultancy or agency-based hiring will be an added plus. The role is suited to applicants with exposure to both internal hiring and external client recruitment.
Requirements and skills
- Solid understanding of non-IT recruitment across functions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, and Manufacturing.
- Good written and spoken communication, along with strong interpersonal ability.
- Comfort in managing several openings and priorities at the same time.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
- Client relationship management and stakeholder-handling skills.
- Working familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and job portals.
- Goal-focused, persistent, and delivery-driven approach.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
- Strong English communication skills in speaking.
Compensation and perks
The salary range for this position is INR 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 per year. For the initial 3 months, the budget is stated as ₹15,000 to ₹20,000. Additional benefits include an informal dress code, a 5-day work week, and health insurance.
