Role Overview
NOYA Clinics in Riyadh is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the hiring process from sourcing coordination through onboarding. This is an on-site full-time role suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with candidates and internal hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange interviews and manage scheduling between applicants and hiring managers.
- Keep candidates informed about interview timings, application progress, and any documents they need to provide.
- Update candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Publish vacancies on job portals and the company’s career page.
- Help review applications and keep candidate pipelines well organized.
- Draft offer letters and assist with onboarding steps for new employees.
- Handle pre-employment tasks such as background verification and collection of required paperwork.
- Prepare recruitment summaries and monitor hiring-related performance data.
- Support a smooth and professional candidate journey throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support is ideal.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities are needed.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, is required.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prior exposure to ATS tools will be considered an advantage.
