Role Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will help run hiring activities across several business areas. This position is responsible for organizing interviews, handling candidate communication, and keeping recruitment data accurate so the hiring process remains smooth for both applicants and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle for allocated positions, from opening a requisition through candidate selection, while keeping each step moving efficiently.
  • Arrange and manage interviews across different time zones, calendars, and interview panels, including rooms, video links, and all related logistics.
  • Handle a large volume of hiring activity across multiple vacancies and ensure requisitions stay aligned with agreed deadlines.
  • Draft and publish job adverts on the careers page, LinkedIn, and approved job boards, making sure the content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the employer brand.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for candidates and provide prompt, professional updates during every stage of the hiring journey.
  • Coordinate assessments, screening conversations, pre-employment checks, and follow-up communication about next steps and results.
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System updated with requisitions, candidate progress, interview stages, and final outcomes.
  • Protect the quality of recruitment data so reports reflect an accurate, current view of hiring activity.
  • Monitor recruitment inboxes and shared trackers, answering questions and directing information to the right stakeholders quickly.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR to support role requirements, interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding preparation.
  • Help transfer selected candidates smoothly to HR, IT, Facilities, and Compliance to support an organised joining process.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards covering pipeline status, time-to-hire, and other agreed metrics.
  • Look for ways to improve coordination processes and support ongoing efficiency in recruitment operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, or HR administration, preferably in a busy corporate setting.
  • Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System and common HR or recruitment tools.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple vacancies, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines without losing accuracy.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic or another language is considered an advantage.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work with one of the leading global firms in financial derivatives.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives.
  • Exposure to a dynamic, international, fast-growing workplace.
  • Strong potential for career growth within a global financial group.
  • Chance to contribute to a company focused on innovation, quality, and long-term expansion.
