Recruitment Consultant (Industrial Temporary Desk)

We are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to support a busy industrial temporary desk in Dublin. Key responsibilities

• Run a high-volume temporary recruitment desk, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Maintain regular contact with an established candidate pool and continue growing talent pipelines.
• Manage several open roles at once while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Carry out client visits, service reviews, and ongoing check-ins.
• Support payroll onboarding and timesheet administration.
• Respond to questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Make use of AI-enabled tools and systems to improve delivery and efficiency.
• Generate leads and gather market intelligence.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment such as hospitality, retail, or a call centre. Strong administration skills, excellent accuracy, and confidence in handling multiple tasks are essential. You should be a clear and confident communicator, especially by phone, and have experience dealing with conflict or problem-solving situations. A full driving licence is required because client site visits are part of the job.
