Reed Leeds is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to cover multiple sectors. This is a full-time opportunity for a confident, commercially minded recruiter or salesperson who enjoys relationship building, business growth, and generating new opportunities. The position is based in Leeds and offers strong earning potential through uncapped commission.

Compensation and working pattern

The salary for this role is £28,000 to £33,000, plus uncapped commission. The role is office-based for the first three months and then moves to a hybrid pattern with 1 to 2 days working from home each week. A driving licence is required because the role involves client-facing activity.

  • Develop your desk by carrying out proactive business development
