Role overview

Homeland Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced agency recruiter to support staffing needs across Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving, target-oriented recruiting setting and understands the pace and expectations of a staffing firm. The recruiter will handle candidate sourcing, screening, and placements while working closely with internal partners and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Find and engage suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal talent pools, and networking channels.
  • Carry out phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, fit, and overall qualifications.
  • Guide candidates through the complete hiring process, from first contact through successful placement.
  • Work alongside Account Executives and clients to understand role needs and hiring priorities.
  • Present qualified candidates promptly while balancing speed, accuracy, and client expectations.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and keep communication active throughout the process.
  • Keep candidate records and activity notes accurate and up to date in the ATS.
  • Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for both current openings and future demand.

Requirements

  • At least 1–3+ years of experience working in a staffing agency environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple requisitions in a high-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal ability.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, metrics-based recruiting environment.
  • Strong organization skills and careful attention to detail.
  • Preferred background in recruiting for Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools.
  • Experience using an ATS.

Compensation and benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Performance-based incentives are also included.
