About the role
TECCON Consulting and Engineering GmbH is hiring for a client in the shipping industry and is looking for a motivated Recruiter (m/f/d) to support the HR function as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Work with specialist departments to identify staffing needs for the client’s projects.
- Draft and publish job advertisements.
- Proactively source suitable candidates and perform initial screening.
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the selection process.
- Manage the entire recruitment journey through to hiring.
- Communicate with applicants and maintain the talent pool.
- Support employer branding activities.
Profile and requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, for example in industrial administration or personnel services, a relevant further qualification such as a personnel specialist certificate, or a degree with a focus on human resources; equivalent training is also acceptable.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or active sourcing.
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written, along with solid English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking or recruitment management systems.
- Willingness to attend fairs and recruiting events.
