What you will do

As a Recruiter, you will connect candidates with opportunities, support clients in finding strong talent, and help drive staffing success in a fast-moving market. You will use your network and available technology to identify qualified people, understand their strengths, and align them with appropriate roles. You will also work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and demonstrate how Manpower can help solve them.

This role also focuses on building long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and associates. You will encourage loyalty through authentic communication and help existing talent stay engaged through programs that support growth and readiness for future opportunities.

Success in this position depends on being proactive, adaptable, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment. Ongoing learning, coaching, mentoring, and training are part of the development path.

Candidate profile

Applicants should bring at least one year of professional experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales, along with a high school diploma. The ideal candidate is able to work effectively with clients and candidates, solve problems, communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and stay focused on results and talent matching.
