Job description
About Hadrian
Hadrian is creating autonomous factories designed to help aerospace and defense manufacturers produce rockets, satellites, jets, and ships much faster and at significantly lower cost. By pairing advanced software, robotics, and end-to-end manufacturing capabilities, the company is reshaping how critical parts are made in the United States.
The company is growing quickly with the opening of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot site that will add 350 jobs. It is also scaling for thousands of future hires, expanding into naval production through Hadrian Maritime, and moving toward a Factory-as-a-Service approach that provides complete systems rather than isolated parts. Hadrian is supported by investors such as T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz.
Role Overview
In this position, you will help grow talent across a wide mix of functions, including software, hardware, operations, and leadership. The work is high-impact and directly supports the company’s growth and long-term mission.
This role goes beyond conventional recruiting. You will operate in a fast-moving technical environment that demands adaptability, initiative, and close collaboration with hiring managers. It is well-suited for someone who enjoys building strong, diverse teams across multiple levels and disciplines.
You will join a Talent team that values teamwork, speed, transparency, and empathy. The group partners closely with leadership to influence hiring strategy, candidate experience, and employer brand for a rapidly expanding organization.
Recruiter Focus Areas
- Manufacturing and Hardware Recruiting: hiring talent needed to build and run the company’s factories.
- Software Recruiting: sourcing engineers and technical specialists who support software and automation systems.
- G&A Recruiting: staffing finance, HR, legal, and operations functions that enable growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of roles, including software, hardware, operations, and leadership positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job needs, success criteria, and team fit.
- Create inventive sourcing approaches that attract varied and high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Provide a strong candidate journey that reflects the company’s culture and values.
- Run interview processes that are structured, efficient, and fast without compromising quality.
- Use recruiting data to monitor performance, spot delays, and guide improvements.
- Support broader talent initiatives such as employer branding, market mapping, DEI efforts, and recruiting operations.
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders by offering clear hiring insight and recommendations.
Profile We Are Looking For
- You bring at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across several functions or industries.
- You enjoy working on varied roles and adapting quickly to changing hiring needs.
- You communicate clearly and can build strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidates.
- You are comfortable using data, follow structured processes, and continuously look for ways to improve recruiting outcomes.
- You are curious, resilient, and action-oriented.
- You care about both candidate experience and team culture.
- Experience in technical, manufacturing, or early-stage startup settings is a plus.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors. Pay within that range may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. The company may revise this range in the future.
Benefits for Full-Time Employees
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Relocation assistance may be available in certain cases, depending on business needs.
- Flexible vacation policy.
ITAR Requirements
Because the work is subject to U.S. Government space technology export controls, including ITAR, applicants must be one of the following: a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the United States, a protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or otherwise eligible to obtain the required authorization from the U.S. Department of State.
