About the Role
This opportunity sits within a company known for an open, flexible, and inclusive culture. The role supports the growth of the field operations team by helping build a strong hiring pipeline for restaurant leadership roles. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the position owns end-to-end recruiting for talent across assigned corporate markets and works closely with field HR and hiring leaders to meet evolving staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the complete hiring workflow, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, ATS updates, offer discussion, and background check initiation.
- Create and maintain passive candidate pipelines and talent communities through recruiting platforms and social media channels.
- Build productive partnerships with field leadership, including Area Operations leaders, District Managers, and HR partners, and participate in weekly prioritization meetings.
- Explore and apply new, cost-conscious sourcing methods and support recruiting events and job fairs as needed.
Role Details
Travel is expected at about 15%.
The position is primarily based at the Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center at 1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017. Work is expected in the office at least 4 days per week, and any change to the work arrangement requires managerial approval and depends on business needs.
Compensation and Bonus
The annual base salary range for this role is $63,000 to $107,000. In addition, the target annual bonus is 7.5% of annualized base salary, subject to company and individual performance.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 0 to 2 years of related recruiting experience, and the ability to form strong strategic partnerships. The role also calls for excellent networking and relationship-building skills, clear written and verbal communication, strong organization and planning, business acumen, a results-driven mindset, and familiarity with federal and state employment legislation.
