Job description
Role Summary
This position supports day-to-day administrative needs across multiple departments by managing front-desk communications, receiving guests, and handling basic clerical tasks.
Key Duties
- Manage incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system, including filtering out unwanted calls.
- Welcome visitors and support the check-in and reception process.
- Assist with data entry and maintain records for different departments.
- Provide general clerical assistance to department leaders across the organization.
Education
A high school diploma is required for this role.
Experience
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Language Requirement
The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Skills and Competencies
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is needed, along with confidence in managing multi-line phone systems. The role also calls for clear verbal and written communication, a professional and upbeat attitude, and strong organization and prioritization abilities.
