Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator (Part-time)

About the role

An established, owner-managed physiotherapy practice in Berlin is looking for a friendly and proactive receptionist to join the team as soon as possible on a part-time basis. The role is centered on ensuring a smooth front-desk experience, supporting patients and helping keep daily practice operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and handle day-to-day communication in a professional, service-minded way.
• Manage appointments and keep the schedule organized.
• Carry out administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support billing activities and cash handling at the reception.
• Help coordinate routine operations within the practice.
• Act as a communication point between the reception area and the wider team.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, patient service, and a smooth visitor experience.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a reception or front-desk role, ideally in healthcare, is an advantage.
• Confident use of MS Office and prior exposure to practice management software would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills paired with a friendly and professional manner.
• Independent, well-structured working style, along with teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.

About the workplace

The practice is located in Berlin-Wilmersdorf at Elixia on Prager Platz. For patient treatment, the team has access to the full area of the fitness studio. The aim is to make physiotherapy feel modern, approachable, and tailored to each individual.

Additional information

This position is offered as part-time work, and the employer is seeking someone available at the earliest possible start date. Compensation is listed as up to 20 EUR per hour.
