Overview

Modern Vet is looking for an Arabic-speaking receptionist/customer service professional to support front-desk operations at its Dubai clinic. The role focuses on welcoming pet owners, managing appointments, responding to inquiries, and coordinating smoothly with the veterinary team to keep day-to-day clinic activity organized.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak Arabic and English fluently.
  • Previous exposure to a veterinary clinic environment will be considered an advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to manage appointments, client questions, and reception-area tasks efficiently.
  • Basic familiarity with how a veterinary clinic operates is helpful.
  • Neat, composed, and patient, especially in a busy setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome pet owners in a warm, professional, and caring way.
  • Organize appointment bookings and follow-up coordination.
  • Answer calls, respond to messages, and handle clinic enquiries.
  • Liaise with veterinarians and other support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Keep client and pet information updated and accurate.
