Role overview
Network Aviation is seeking a part-time Ramp Services Officer based in Perth, Western Australia. In this role, you’ll be part of compact airport ground teams supporting A320 and F100 aircraft operations in a busy, safety-focused environment.
What you’ll do
Your day-to-day work will centre on aircraft turnaround support and ramp handling tasks. You’ll help keep operations moving safely and efficiently while working closely with your team and other airport staff.
- Load and unload baggage and freight
- Carry out fleet cleaning duties
- Handle baggage makeup services
- Operate tarmac equipment
- Guide passengers as they move on the ramp
Working environment
The role operates in a fast-moving, team-based setting where safety remains the top priority. You’ll need to adapt quickly, stay alert, and contribute reliably across a 24-hour airport operation.
Eligibility and requirements
Applicants must meet the listed conditions to be considered. Prior ground operations experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided to the selected candidate.
- Previous ground operations experience is preferred
- Availability for a part-time rotating roster across 7 days and 24 hours
- Only candidates who have not completed a Ramp Services recruitment process in the past 12 months will be considered
- Current Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving history for more than 6 months
- Flexibility to handle unplanned operational changes and shift adjustments
- Strong safety mindset and the confidence to use initiative with minimal supervision
- Good work ethic, communication skills, interpersonal ability, and a flexible approach
- Genuine enjoyment of working with people and delivering strong customer service
- Willingness to complete full training
Training and development
