Key responsibilities

• Study quotations, pricing, rates, and build-up calculations, then carry out pricing exercises as needed.
• Manage contract administration tasks, including payment valuations and variation claim assessments in line with contract terms.
• Handle tender-related activities required for securing new projects.
• Support other business-related tasks assigned by the holding company.
• Work productively both on your own and alongside colleagues.
• Take part in company initiatives and related activities, including charity events and other corporate objectives.
• Deliver required work within agreed timelines and other project constraints.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the construction sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
