What you will do

  • Work with internal client teams to make sure vendor content moderation decisions are routinely checked for accuracy and that performance feedback reaches the right teams.
  • Handle the full quality audit cycle, including planning, execution, feedback, and follow-up re-audits where needed.
  • Complete audits within required deadlines and provide clear, practical feedback to agents so performance improves.
  • Spot policy or operational guideline gaps that require training and coordinate with training partners to close those gaps.
  • Partner with operations and quality managers to support improvement plans for team members who are not meeting performance targets.
  • Build strong knowledge of client products, community standards, content policies, and operational guidelines, and help reinforce updates across operations teams.
  • Make balanced decisions using effectiveness metrics and advocate for the community by supporting policy and process changes.
  • Coach and support new Quality & Policy Experts in using audit tools and systems.
  • Create process documentation and collect feedback on how audit tools perform in practice.
  • Identify inefficiencies, recurring errors, and trends across processes, systems, tools, and policies, then report them with root-cause analysis and action plans.
  • Recognize patterns in policy-related issues and escalate them to the global team when mitigation is needed.
  • Use local market knowledge and insights to identify scalable improvements that better support users.
  • Collaborate with Quality Leaders on the planning and design of improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications

  • A strong interest in supporting people with accuracy and empathy.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a quality control setting.
  • Professional written and spoken fluency in both English and Persian.
  • Hands-on Excel experience, including PivotTables, charts, and statistical functions.
  • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and sensitivity to context and nuance.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a less structured setting.

Benefits and progression

Employees can expect great benefits along with internal career progression opportunities.

Work authorization requirements

Applicants must already have a valid and sufficiently long permission to work in Ireland to carry out the role on an ongoing basis. If the current permission is close to expiring, proof of a pending renewal application may be requested before an offer can move forward. This position is not eligible for employment permit sponsorship, so candidates must already hold, and continue to maintain, valid work permission for the full duration of employment.
