Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections according to established standards and accurately document results in systems.
• Handle quality reports ensuring transparent tracking of deviations and their resolutions.
• Coordinate product approvals, as well as blocking and unblocking processes in close collaboration with Compliance & Quality and Purchasing departments.
• Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with quality requirements at all times.
• Analyze quality deviations, identify root causes, and assist with implementing long-term corrective actions.
• Oversee minor rework activities such as relabeling or repackaging.
• Collaborate closely with national and international partners, suppliers, and other distribution centers.
• Manage quality-related documentation, including FSC, OEKO-TEXae, and safety data sheets.
• Support ongoing product monitoring in furniture and textiles sectors.
• Coordinate shipment of product samples and take charge of defined testing processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in quality management, quality inspection, or assurance ideally within retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
• A strong commitment to quality with structured and meticulous working methods.
• Analytical thinking skills with enthusiasm for identifying causes and developing sustainable solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or other ERP system knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated with responsibility and a solution-focused mindset.
