Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections according to established standards and accurately document results in systems.
- Handle quality reports ensuring transparent tracking of deviations and their resolutions.
- Coordinate product approvals, as well as blocking and unblocking processes in close collaboration with Compliance & Quality and Purchasing departments.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with quality requirements at all times.
- Analyze quality deviations, identify root causes, and assist with implementing long-term corrective actions.
- Oversee minor rework activities such as relabeling or repackaging.
- Collaborate closely with national and international partners, suppliers, and other distribution centers.
- Manage quality-related documentation, including FSC, OEKO-TEX ae, and safety data sheets.
- Support ongoing product monitoring in furniture and textiles sectors.
- Coordinate shipment of product samples and take charge of defined testing processes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in quality management, quality inspection, or assurance ideally within retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
- A strong commitment to quality with structured and meticulous working methods.
- Analytical thinking skills with enthusiasm for identifying causes and developing sustainable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or other ERP system knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated with responsibility and a solution-focused mindset.
