Role Summary

Key Duties

• Greet and serve guests with prompt, courteous service.
• Keep the dining and work areas tidy through routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve menu items while following brand standards, company procedures, and health department rules.
• Support food quality, food safety, and overall operational consistency.
• Maintain accurate records for cash handling, sales, and inventory.
• Comply with all applicable government regulations and safety requirements.
• Document incidents in line with the company’s 5-minute rule process.

• Requires continuous use of hands to reach, grasp, and handle items, including overhead reaches.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. often and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from the floor to overhead.
