Role Overview
The company is hiring a Public Relations Officer to oversee site security, entry control, and CICPA-related compliance at the Al Tawaleeh Power site in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an on-site, full-time position for someone who can manage access procedures, documentation, and regulatory coordination with accuracy and professionalism.
Mandatory requirement: Applicants must already have practical experience handling CICPA paperwork, approvals, access passes, and related compliance workflows. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and bring a solid background in compliance, security administration, and CICPA regulations. The role involves working with personnel, vehicles, contractors, visitors, and authorities to keep all site activities aligned with security standards.
Working Arrangement
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary Range: AED 7,000 to AED 8,000
Key Duties
- Maintain full compliance with CICPA requirements across site access, personnel movement, and vehicle entry and exit.
- Track regulatory updates and introduce necessary process changes to keep the site compliant.
- Coordinate closely with legal, security, and operations teams to support ongoing adherence to all relevant rules.
- Issue and monitor site passes for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Control vehicle movement by checking entries and exits carefully and maintaining accurate logs.
- Ensure that all personnel and vehicles follow the required security procedures when entering the site.
- Prepare, update, and safeguard compliance records, access logs, and security documentation.
- Submit reports to management and, when required, to regulatory authorities on compliance status, incidents, and breaches.
- Carry out regular reviews and audits of access controls and site security processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact with local authorities on compliance and security matters.
- Work with other departments to keep site operations aligned with CICPA and security regulations.
- Ensure contractors and visitors receive the necessary security and CICPA briefings before site entry.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in security management, compliance, or a related field, with exposure to critical infrastructure security and CICPA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Strong understanding of CICPA rules and critical infrastructure protection practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, including the ability to coordinate compliance and security activities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English for interaction with authorities and site personnel.
- Comfort using security systems, access control tools, and compliance management software.
Preferred Background
- Experience in the power or energy sector, especially in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE.
- Direct exposure to local government or regulatory authorities and compliance audit processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage several compliance tasks at the same time.
