Role overview
Sky High HR Solutions is looking for a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support manpower supply and recruitment activities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and involves handling a wide range of government, immigration, and labour-related processes.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of AED 5,000 to AED 6,000, with the final offer based on experience and overall suitability.
What you will handle
- Manage employee visa work, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations, along with the related immigration procedures.
- Take care of labour formalities and government documentation for both joining and exit processes.
- Arrange Emirates ID, medical, WPS, and other compliance-related government requirements.
- Work closely with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DED, and other relevant departments and authorities.
- Track and complete company license renewals and other official document updates on time.
- Support adherence to UAE labour and immigration rules at all times.
- Monitor visa quota status and assist with workforce planning needs.
- Keep detailed and accurate records, along with reports, for all PRO-related activities.
Candidate profile
Applicants should bring at least 5 years of UAE experience in a PRO role. Prior exposure to manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment environments is preferred. The role requires solid familiarity with UAE labour law, immigration rules, and government procedures, as well as hands-on experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, E-Channel, and similar systems. Arabic fluency is mandatory. Strong coordination, communication, and organization skills are essential, along with the ability to manage several deadlines and transactions efficiently. Good Microsoft Office skills are expected. A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred. A UAE driving license will be considered an added advantage.
