Prompt Engineer / Quality Engineer

Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer / Quality Engineer with a strong background spanning five years. The primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and fine-tuning AI prompt templates tailored to diverse applications including chatbots, content creation, coding assistance, and customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments on prompt frameworks, instructions, and workflow sequences to enhance the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of AI responses.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, contextual relevance, safety compliance, reduction of bias, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, create benchmarking tests, and define quality metrics to quantify AI system performance.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including product managers, software developers, user experience designers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective AI interaction models.
• Maintain thorough documentation covering best practices in prompt engineering, reusable components, and rigorous testing procedures.
• Perform ongoing monitoring, iterative refinement, and optimization of AI solutions to boost both user engagement and organizational outcomes.
