The role involves close collaboration with project management and creative teams to ensure smooth workflow from brief to delivery.
The Role
This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to develop a career in creative project management within a bustling agency environment. Responsibilities include assisting the delivery of diverse creative projects such as digital, social media, video, animation, and print. The coordinator will manage schedules, track progress, and maintain communication across teams.
- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of creative projects from initial brief to final delivery
- Manage studio schedules and project timelines effectively
- Monitor project progress to guarantee adherence to key deadlines
- Communicate with designers, motion creatives, account teams, and external suppliers
- Support preparation of quotes, estimates, and project documentation
- Organise meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain project management systems and keep accurate records
- Facilitate client communication to ensure a positive project experience
- Translate briefs into clear, actionable tasks for the creative team
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and motivated to advance in creative project management. Previous experience in agency environments, marketing, production, or project coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Some background in agency, marketing, creative, production, or project support roles
- Strong enthusiasm for creative processes across digital, social, motion, and print media
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Confidence in working collaboratively with both creative and client-facing teams
- Familiarity with project management software is beneficial but not required
