Role Summary
This full-time, on-site role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is designed for a highly organized professional who can manage awarded projects and customer orders from handover to final closure. The position acts as the main coordination link between customers and internal teams such as procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and installation.
The goal of the role is to ensure smooth project delivery, timely execution, clear customer communication, and reliable follow-through on every stage of the process. It also supports the Assistant Manager – Business Development so that they can concentrate on client acquisition, relationship building, market growth, and revenue-focused work.
Working Arrangement
This is an on-site position based in Jeddah. The working schedule runs from Saturday to Thursday, which means a six-day work week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from the point of handover until final completion.
- Coordinate day-to-day activity with procurement, operations, logistics, finance, and installation teams.
- Track and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, installations, approvals, and related project records.
- Keep CRM records, Basecamp, Dropbox, project trackers, and reporting tools updated and organized.
- Prepare weekly project progress summaries and management reports.
- Support client communication, resolve issues, and assist with project handover and closure.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is required in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
Experience
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, procurement support, supply chain coordination, or customer service. Prior exposure to Flooring, Interior Solutions, FF&E, Hospitality Projects, Construction Materials, or Fit-Out environments will be considered an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
The role calls for strong planning and coordination ability, disciplined follow-up, and a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate should be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time and work confidently with reporting and business systems.
Tools and Systems
Proficiency is expected in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
