Role overview
M1 Limited is seeking a Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager in Singapore to oversee projects and service delivery from initiation through handover and steady-state support. The role focuses on coordinating technical, vendor, and stakeholder activity while keeping delivery aligned with contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, safety standards, and project timelines.
Project delivery responsibilities

- Create and keep current detailed project plans, schedules, and resourcing plans covering kickoff, deployment, SIT, UAT, and transition into Day 2 operations.
- Work across engineering, operating teams, contractors, and partners to keep milestones on track and timelines intact.
- Monitor progress against baseline plans and Gantt charts, while actively managing dependencies and delivery constraints.
- Spot risks early and put mitigation actions in place to reduce impact to scope, cost, and schedule.
- Manage vendors and contractors so that deliverables meet quality expectations, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare run books to support a smooth move into Day 2 support or maintenance mode.
- Provide regular and ad hoc updates through status reports, dashboards, and milestone tracking for stakeholders.
- Oversee contractors during service installation to ensure work is completed within required timelines and to technical specifications, and that site safety requirements such as PPE, permits, and access controls are followed.
- Handle other tasks assigned as needed.
Service delivery responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end service delivery for assigned projects, ensuring performance matches contract obligations, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Manage issues, escalations, and root-cause analysis in a disciplined and traceable way while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Control scope changes through formal change requests, impact reviews, and approval processes.
- Maintain accurate cadence records such as meeting minutes, risk registers, issue logs, and change logs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare supporting documentation for audits, inspections, and governance reviews.
- Confirm deliverables meet acceptance criteria before handover to support teams.
- Suggest improvements to delivery processes, tools, and templates.
- Track service performance and drive corrective actions when service gaps or operational risks are identified.
- Handle other tasks assigned as needed.
Requirements
- A degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business is required.
- PMP certification is considered an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management is required.
- Strong understanding of cabling infrastructure, internet networks, routers, and switches.
- Well-developed interpersonal, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Must be able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
