Role Overview
The organization is looking for an IT Project Manager who can drive delivery across the software development lifecycle, coordinate multiple teams, and keep projects moving toward agreed timelines. The role requires strong ownership of planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build project plans, break work into milestones, run scrum ceremonies, assign tasks, and monitor progress regularly.
- Control changes to scope, timelines, and cost using proper validation and change-management methods.
- Track project performance through suitable tools and methods, and escalate concerns to management when required.
- Coordinate effectively with teams involved across the complete SDLC.
- Lead developers, testers, and designers, and check that output from the team meets expected quality and accuracy.
- Own delivery by identifying blockers during implementation and finding practical solutions to keep work on track.
- Push for timely completion of work and align team schedules when needed to meet committed deadlines.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external third parties or vendors.
- Carry out risk management activities to reduce project exposure.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project records and documentation.
- Use knowledge of MySQL databases and cloud infrastructure as an added advantage.
- Bring prior project management experience, preferably from financial services or the NBFC domain.

Open to any graduate with relevant project management experience.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role based in Mumbai, India. The compensation stated for the position is INR 7,00,000 to INR 11,00,000 per year.
