Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager - High-Rise & Mivan

About the Role

Nivee Property is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead high-rise residential execution with a strong focus on Mivan / aluminum formwork methods. The role covers full-cycle project delivery, from deep foundation works through to final finishing, on premium residential developments in Hyderabad.

Project Planning and Execution

• Take charge of the project from foundation stage through completion, making sure the work stays aligned with the master programme and floor-wise cycle targets.
• Build and update detailed short-term look-ahead plans in MS Project or Primavera, and create recovery schedules when delays need to be addressed.
• Coordinate site logistics such as tower crane installation, climbing operations, material lifting, and access planning for concrete pumps.

Mivan / Aluminium Formwork Management

• Oversee the assembly and dismantling of high-strength aluminium formwork systems, ensuring the correct sequence for walls, slabs, and beams.
• Align steel reinforcement work precisely so it fits seamlessly with the formwork system.
• Control formwork stock and usage to maximise panel reusability, including daily cleaning and upkeep for repeated cycles.

Coordination with Stakeholders and Site Teams

• Work closely each day with architects, structural consultants, and MEP engineers to close drawing gaps and resolve constructability issues before concrete pours.
• Manage subcontractors across formwork, rebar, concrete, MEP, and finishing works to ensure execution follows approved method statements.
• Represent the site on all construction-related matters whenever the Project Manager is unavailable.

Quality, Safety, and Cost Management

• Maintain rigorous quality control for concrete casting, formwork alignment, and finishing to achieve smooth surfaces without plastering.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety requirements, especially those related to height work and formwork removal procedures.
• Watch material consumption closely and reduce waste in concrete and formwork components through accurate planning and forecasting.
• Review project expenditure, check subcontractor invoices, and support budget control and billing activities.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Guide and monitor site engineers, supervisors, and foremen while promoting discipline, ownership, and safety at site.
• Run daily toolbox discussions, track progress through regular meetings, and share clear status updates with senior management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should hold a B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognised university and bring 15 to 20 years of experience in high-rise residential construction. At least 3 years of that background should be hands-on exposure to Myone / aluminium formwork (Mivan) projects of G+10 floors or above. Strong working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office is also required.
