  • Manage the daily execution plan, including test calendar, sequencing, resource coordination, and milestone tracking for approved scenarios.

  • Coordinate availability of business users, system SMEs, application leads, test engineers, environments, interfaces, and test data for execution windows.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of test results, including pass/fail status, evidence, defects, retest outcomes, and open risks, using agreed test management tools and repositories.
  • Drive defect management processes by overseeing classification, prioritization, ownership assignment, fix tracking, retesting, closure, and escalation of functional, integration, and data-related issues.
  • Support alignment of E2E testing efforts with business-led pre-commercialization activities and dry runs to validate process, equipment, and system readiness.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly test status reports, defect summaries, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and execution dashboards to program leadership.
  • Collaborate with business process owners and operations teams to obtain validation feedback, evidence acceptance, and formal sign-off for completed E2E scenarios.
  • Assess entry and exit criteria, open Sev1/Sev2 defect status, residual risks, and readiness inputs necessary for Go/No-Go decision-making.
  • Support final test completion reporting, business sign-off coordination, and the transition of test outcomes to Operations and program stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project governance and project planning.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
  • Expertise in managing defect lifecycle and test execution processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex testing environments.
