Role overview
This position focuses on keeping Talogy’s professional services project management platform accurate, practical, and reliable. The specialist will spend most of the time administering the system directly, supporting daily operations, and making sure the configuration continues to fit business requirements.
The role serves as a guardian of the system, with responsibility for data quality, user access, and keeping the process flow aligned with operational needs.
PSA system administration
- Oversee key areas of the project management application, including project creation and upkeep, user administration, costing information, and the alignment of teams, managers, and job codes.
- Keep the system aligned with both operational and financial expectations.
- Maintain data tables in a structured, tidy, and reporting-friendly format.
- Prepare ad hoc reports whenever required.
Core responsibilities
- Support project setup and system configuration activities.
- Work with Senior Project Managers and the accounting team on data changes, corrections, and issue resolution during billing periods.
- Keep user records accurate across related systems such as UP and NetSuite, and resolve inconsistencies promptly.
- Provide additional one-to-one training for new joiners to reinforce understanding and compliance with important processes.
- Support more than 400 users across 19 countries and deliver strong service to all Talogy operating companies.
- Take on other tasks as needed to ensure effective support for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills, knowledge, and abilities
The ideal candidate should understand CRM and project management system structures and be comfortable working with enterprise tools. Experience with NetSuite ERP, OpenAir, SuiteProjects, or Salesforce is helpful. Success in this role also requires the ability to manage several projects at once, think analytically, solve problems effectively, and communicate and collaborate well with others.
Experience and education
At least 3 years of experience is preferred, with hands-on exposure to OpenAir, SuiteProjects, or a similar platform strongly favored.
