Role Overview
The business is looking for a careful and proactive Project Coordinator to assist with international logistics and project cargo activities. This role is a strong fit for candidates with early exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain work, and it provides practical experience in managing complex transport projects in a fast-moving international setting.
Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and follow through on transport assignments while keeping an eye on delivery timelines and milestones.
- Handle the arrangement of transport, warehousing, and related forwarding services with outside vendors and logistics partners.
- Track project cargo movement throughout the full shipping process and provide operational support where needed.
- Liaise with overseas customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Keep shipment documentation accurate and share timely progress updates with the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- A degree, current academic enrollment, or vocational training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or a comparable field.
- Some practical experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong command of both English and Chinese.
- The role is intended for logistics professionals, freight forwarding specialists, students, and recent graduates in logistics, supply chain management, or related disciplines.
