Eligible consultants receive benefits after a qualification period, including health, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage.

What the role involves

  • Tracking multiple audit workstreams to ensure audits and Accessibility Conformance Reports are completed on time.
  • Organizing audit efforts with product teams by defining scope, schedules, and success measures through established processes.
  • Setting up and managing demo sessions between product teams and external auditors.
  • Handling audit-related records such as planning materials, scoping proposals, and statements of work.
  • Reviewing Accessibility Conformance Reports for quality and publishing them to an external website.
  • Sending audit findings into the bug tracking system promptly.
  • Responding to internal and external questions about product accessibility compliance.
  • Keeping shared drives, audit channels, and related coordination spaces organized across several concurrent assessments.
  • Maintaining project schedules, deliverable tracking, and follow-ups so deadlines are met.
  • Communicating clearly, knowing when to escalate issues, and helping maintain operational efficiency.
  • Working with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern AI tools to support program management, documentation, and communication tasks.
  • Managing several projects at once while staying detail-oriented and organized.
  • Translating compliance requirements for audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Experience and qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in a fast-moving, high-volume matrixed organization.
  • Experience building and maintaining working relationships with both business and technical stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience coordinating compliance-focused projects with outside vendors at scale, including supplier relationship management and handling purchase agreements and contract processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working with product accessibility compliance, including familiarity with WCAG and related accessibility standards, policies, and government requirements.
  • Hands-on exposure to accessibility audit workflows, including demo coordination, scope definition, and vendor management.
  • Ability to spot opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements and implement practical solutions that increase productivity.
  • Experience using AI within program management workflows to automate routine work, draft reports and communications, identify risks, and improve efficiency.
