Role overview

This part-time, remote Project Assistant position is designed to support planning, delivery, and record-keeping for manufacturing and operations projects. The role is centered on keeping workstreams organized, maintaining timelines, and helping the team stay aligned with current priorities.

What you will do

Coordinate project tasks and day-to-day activities across ongoing initiatives.
Maintain schedules, track action items, and monitor follow-ups on pending dependencies.
Prepare status updates, summaries, and presentation material for internal discussions.
Organize project information and keep documentation repositories up to date.
Assist with basic data analysis to support project decisions and reporting.
Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and administrative teams.

Skills and working style

Strong planning, coordination, and administration abilities.
Good time management and the ability to manage several priorities at once in a remote, part-time setup.
Comfort using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and online collaboration platforms.
Clear written and spoken communication for reporting and stakeholder updates.
Basic analytical thinking for reviewing data and preparing concise summaries.
Self-driven approach with the ability to work accurately and independently with limited supervision.

Preferred background

Experience supporting projects, operations, or manufacturing teams is helpful.
