Role Overview
Chi-Chack LLC is seeking a full-time Program Lead for the Capstone Exercise at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Joint Military Attache School (JMAS). This role is based at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Virginia, and may involve travel. The position is contingent upon contract award.

What the Role Covers
The Program Lead will manage the day-to-day work of contractor personnel and serve as the bridge between the off-site program manager and the government. The position also includes leading the capstone exercise, teaching portions of the exercise curriculum, coordinating with external agencies, and supporting schedule development for the Attaché Training Program (ATP) capstone cycle.
Key Duties
The selected professional will oversee task staffing, communication flow, performance follow-up, and coordination for the full exercise timeline, including advance team activity, training week, and exercise week execution. The role also contributes to JMAS accreditation efforts and curriculum review activities.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Candidates must have completed one successful tour as an Attache, Defense Liaison Officer, Assistant Defense Attache, Operations Coordinator (OPSCO), or Operations Coordinator NCO. The role also requires at least 10 years of experience in the Department of War environment, 2 years of experience as a JMAS instructor, and background in educational or training settings with a focus on adult learning.
Preferred Background
Experience with Foreign Affairs organizations such as the Department of State, USAID, or intelligence agencies is highly valued. Familiarity with embassy operations overseas, international work environments, and cross-cultural settings gained through living or working outside the United States is also strongly preferred.

This role may require long periods of computer use, extended work hours, and travel.
