Overview
Almoosa Health Group is hiring a Products Manager to lead its optical and sunglasses assortment across branch locations. The role focuses on keeping the product mix commercially strong, customer-relevant, and profitable.
Role Summary
In this position, you will oversee range strategy, pricing, forecasting, and product performance. You will work to ensure the eyewear portfolio remains competitive, well-managed, and aligned with sales goals and market demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and manage the eyewear assortment across branches, including brand selection, pricing tiers, and category positioning.
- Plan seasonal launches and new collections, and manage the full New Product Introduction process from selection through rollout.
- Keep product master records accurate and assign selling prices and margin targets in line with pricing policy.
- Track category profitability, sell-through, and stock movement, while handling promotions, markdowns, and clearance activity.
- Build demand forecasts, coordinate replenishment with procurement and warehouse teams, and help limit slow-moving inventory.
- Study market developments and competitor activity, then translate findings into merchandising standards and assortment decisions.
- Train sales and optometry staff and present category and stock updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Optics, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in product or category management, preferably in optical, eyewear, or retail environments.
- Strong understanding of eyewear products and category management.
- Hands-on proficiency with Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general business software tools is mandatory.
- Well-developed commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- English fluency is required, and Arabic language skills are preferred.

This position is based in Al Ahsa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site role.
