Role Summary

The Production Team Member position is a full-time remote opportunity with REMI EDELSTAHL TUBULARS LTD. The role centers on managing production activities, aligning schedules, upholding quality standards, and helping improve operational performance. You will also work closely with colleagues and contribute to training efforts that strengthen production capability.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production activities to keep operations on track.
• Coordinate production timelines and scheduling across teams.
• Monitor output to ensure quality control and compliance with set standards.
• Support day-to-day efficiency improvements in production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
• Assist in training and knowledge-sharing to build team capability.
• Work independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable for results.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of production planning and production management.
• Solid understanding of quality control practices and industry requirements.
• Strong communication skills for coordination, reporting, and teamwork.
• Experience in training or transferring knowledge to others is valuable.
• Ability to perform independently and responsibly in a remote setup.
• Experience from manufacturing, mining, or metals sectors will be an added advantage.
• A degree or technical certification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related area.
