Role Overview

The Production Operative will contribute to manufacturing activities by supporting quality-focused production work in a rotating-shift environment. The position is a regular, permanent full-time role within the Cosma group.

Key Requirements

• Experience in metal finishing, die build, or surface quality work would be an advantage.
• A solid understanding of quality expectations and inspection methods is needed.
• The ability to follow written work instructions accurately is essential.
• Strong precision and a careful approach to maintaining high standards are important.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work well as part of a team, are required.
• A dependable track record with strong attendance and punctuality is expected.
• You should be able to work independently while still contributing to shared team goals.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime when required is necessary.
