Production Operative

Role overview

An opportunity is available for Production Operatives and Machine Operators to work at a jam manufacturing site in Histon, CB24 9NR. The role is based on-site in a factory environment and includes a variety of positions, which will be explained during the interview.

Pay

The basic rate is £14.66 per hour, with an additional shift premium where applicable. Earnings can go up to £16.82 per hour.

Working pattern

This is a full-time position with an average of 39 hours each week, and a paid 30-minute break is included. Several shift options are available, including rotating shift patterns.

Shift patterns

• 3-shift rotating rota: 06:00 to 13:48, 13:42 to 21:30, and 21:30 to 06:00 (night shift).
• 2-shift rotating rota: 06:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 18:00 to 06:00 (Monday to Wednesday).
• Monday to Friday working may also apply depending on the shift pattern.
