Role Overview

As a Maintenance Support Technician for production equipment, you will help keep tools, machinery, and plant equipment operating reliably. Your work will involve diagnosing faults, completing repairs, and performing routine preventive maintenance so production can continue with minimal interruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining production machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Investigate equipment problems, identify likely causes, and carry out corrective actions.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
• Use standard maintenance hand tools and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow work instructions, maintenance procedures, and technical guidance accurately.
• Coordinate with production staff to provide support whenever maintenance assistance is needed.
• Lend support to external contractors when their work requires on-site assistance or coordination.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience maintaining industrial or production equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and/or electrical systems.
• Technical training in Electrical, Maintenance, or a related discipline.
• Experience carrying out preventive maintenance routines.
• Basic familiarity with production processes and how equipment supports them.
• Ability to understand and comply with instructions and technical procedures.
