Job description
Company overview
The organization is part of an internationally active, publicly listed group with manufacturing locations in Germany, Belgium, Norway, Canada, and the United States. It is among the major producers of white pigments and iron salts. Its production is built on advanced processes that meet very high environmental protection standards. The business grows through innovation and steady expansion, supported by about 2,200 employees across the world, including roughly 1,200 in Germany.
Role summary
To support long-term workforce planning in production, the Nordenham site is hiring multiple shift production employees (m/f/d).
What you will do
After structured hands-on training, you will take part in various stages of titanium dioxide manufacturing, depending on the assigned area. You will independently run machinery and systems with different levels of automation and also handle small repair tasks on your own.
Your profile
You should bring a technical or trade-related qualification, preferably from the chemical sector. If you do not have formal vocational training in this area, several years of relevant work experience can also make you a strong fit. The role also calls for an independent and adaptable working style, a dependable mindset, physical stamina, teamwork, and a careful approach to tasks. A forklift licence and crane licence are beneficial, although they can also be completed internally.
What the company offers
You can expect pay aligned with the chemical industry’s attractive compensation model, including a 13th month salary, vacation pay, future-related days, long-term care insurance, and additional variable pay components. The package also includes an employer-financed pension, a rotating shift arrangement, JobRad bicycle leasing, and access to a corporate benefits portal.
Additional information
The company welcomes applications from all qualified candidates and makes hiring decisions without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
