Role Overview
Aditya Birla Capital is hiring a Product Risk Analyst in Maharashtra, India for an on-site full-time role. The position focuses on managing portfolio risk, strengthening monitoring frameworks, and supporting risk-led decision-making through analytics, reporting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and review portfolio risk on a regular basis to identify emerging issues and trends.
- Pull data from internal systems and credit MIS to build risk dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Prepare presentation decks for regional reviews, PDD reviews, and bounce analysis, while coordinating feedback from business and credit teams.
- Carry out periodic assessments of credit default, operational, and concentration risks across the portfolio.
- Develop risk decks for CRO and CEO review meetings.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and other workflow improvement projects.
- Create and maintain monitoring dashboards that support ongoing risk oversight.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and risk evaluation, using key metrics to inform strategic risk management choices.
- Support process improvement and digitization initiatives across risk operations.
- Help implement automation, process enhancements, and system upgrade initiatives.
- Design and refine early warning signal strategies for better risk detection.
- Build scorecards for both application assessment and portfolio monitoring.
- Support new product and policy development efforts.
- Analyze new products and benchmark them against peer offerings.
- Understand credit-risk implications of products and policies.
- Contribute to policy drafting and final sign-off processes.
