Product Owner (m/w/d)

Position Overview

As a Product Owner at doctari, you will take charge of the supply side of our digital marketplace, a crucial element fueling our company growth. Partnering with your dedicated team, you will develop digital solutions that deliver tangible value to healthcare professionals. Your role will involve shaping the product strategy, spearheading new feature development, and applying cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to constantly enhance the product. This includes identifying innovative use cases and pioneering approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing development and enhancement of the doctari App in collaboration with a cross-functional team, ensuring innovative features for healthcare professionals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with user demands, market trends, and key performance indicators.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and development to successful launch.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX Design, and other internal teams to make collaborative, informed decisions based on technical and business perspectives.
• Evaluate product performance data to extract actionable insights, continuously refining the user experience within the app.
• Lead the implementation and integration of AI across both the product and development processes.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or comparable position in SaaS, software, platform, or app environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and scaling digital products, with a strong foundation in product discovery, data-informed decision-making, and agile methodologies.
• Technical proficiency that enables active participation in architectural discussions and evaluation of trade-offs alongside Engineering teams.
• Enthusiasm for AI-driven products, advanced technologies, and innovative product development tactics.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, structured, and solution-focused approach.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
