The company has built a SuperApp that supports real estate agents and mortgage brokers, helping modernize a traditionally slow-moving industry and improve property transactions for all parties involved.

What You Will Own

• Take responsibility for a product from early concept through launch and ongoing improvement, making sure it supports business objectives and creates measurable value.
• Set direction for your team by defining clear goals, success measures, and a roadmap aligned with Huspy’s broader mission.
• Partner every day with design, engineering, marketing, legal, and strategy teams to turn product ideas into shipped outcomes.
• Use data, market insights, and company priorities to decide which initiatives should move forward for the biggest business impact.
• Handle new and evolving challenges across different areas while continuously improving the product and related processes.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment or in a finance-adjacent sector such as proptech, payments, crypto, or insurance.
• A minimum of 2 years successfully building consumer-facing products.
• At least 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams; in this role, Product Owners directly oversee Engineering, Operations, and Design.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and design best practices.
• Comfort discussing technical topics with engineering teams and platform users, even without writing code.
• Strong analytical thinking and business judgment, with the ability to prioritize based on impact and return on investment.
• Experience shaping product direction and communicating that vision clearly to leadership, customers, and partners.
• A practical, proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of major projects.
• Ability to perform well in ambiguous situations and a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup

This role is available in a hybrid setup in Dubai or Madrid, or remotely from anywhere in the EU. Relocation support to Dubai or Madrid is also available for candidates who prefer to move.
